HDPE Spiral Sheet Tank Lining (7 mm)
Material Of Lining: – HDPE Spiral Sheet
Thickness:-7mm
Color: – Black (UV Resistant)
Procedure:-
The RCC Tank has to be cleaned and make sure it’s completely dry.
The 7 mm HDPE Sheet will then be laid on the RCC walls with Bolting at regular Intervals.
Later with the help of Extrusion Welding Machine Lining is done on Every Joints.

PP-Homopolymer (PP-H): Polypropylene is available in two main grades, Polypropylene homopolymer and Polypropylene copolymer. Both have very similar properties but appearance and performance differences are distinctive between the two types. Polypropylene homopolymer or PPH for short is stronger and stiffer than copolymer and more widely used. With the combination of excellent chemical resistance and the ability to be joined and welded by heat fusion makes this an ideal plastic for piping system, chemical tanks and structures in corrosive environments.
PPH: Available Sizes: 20 mm to 355 mm AS PER DIN Standard
Industrial Features and Advantages:
PP Random Copolymer (PP-R): PP-R means polypropylene random copolymer. PP-R is a copolymer of propylene and at least one comonomer, where the propylene is more than 50% of the composition. PP-R piping products are rated for continuous operation at 82Cº temperature, with pressure ratings dependent on their wall type (SDR). PP-R pipes also may include reinforcement layers for benefits such as reducing longitudinal thermal expansion / contraction.
PPR: Available Sizes: 20 mm to 160 mm
Industrial Features and Advantages:
Duct Pipe: Ducts are conduits or passages used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) to deliver and remove air. The needed airflows include, for example, supply air, return air, and exhaust air. Ducts commonly also deliver ventilation air as part of the supply air. … A duct system is also called ductwork.
Duct Pipe: Available Sizes: 20 mm 110 mm
Industrial Features and Advantages:
HDPE pipe is a type of flexible plastic pipe used for fluid and gas transfer and is often used to replace ageing concrete or steel mains pipelines. Made from the thermoplastic HDPE (high-density polyethylene), its high level of im-permeability and strong molecular bond make it suitable for high pressure pipelines.
HDPE : Available Sizes: 20 mm to 355 mm AS PER ISI Standard
Industrial Features and Advantages:
Double Layer: “HDPE PIPE (CARBON FREE Double Layered)” HDPE Pipe inner white surface is carbon free which will give you a purer product (Sizes available from 20 mm to 110 mm)
Double Layer : Available Sizes: 20 mm to 110 mm
Industrial Features and Advantages:
Anti-Static: Insulators, like plastics, do not conduct electricity and cannot discharge when grounded. Plastic film, such as polyethylene (HDPE), metallocene and polypropylene (PP) can be made to resist static build-up on their surfaces. Blueridge manufactures anti-static films for all applications.
Anti-Static : Available Sizes: 20 mm to 160 mm
Industrial Features and Advantages:
Polypropylene (PP), also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications. It is produced via chain-growth polymerization from the monomer propylene. Polypropylene belongs to the group of polyolefins and is partially crystalline and non-polar.
PP : Available Sizes: 20 mm to 355 mm AS PER DIN Standard
Industrial Features and Advantages:
PP FRP: Fiberglass reinforced pipes (FRP) are used in trenchless installation of pipelines because it is lightweight, temperature resistant, strong, and highly resistant to chemicals and corrosion. FRP basically consists of fiberglass and thermosetting resins.
PP FRP: Available Sizes: 32 mm to 200 mm
Industrial Features and Advantages:
